Dee Russell is the communications specialist in the Communications and Marketing department at UF Health Jacksonville. She is primarily responsible for the development and execution of internal communication plans that support the goals and objectives of the organization. She serves as the editor of Open Lines and as a liaison with internal clients to help promote the numerous activities and initiatives on the Jacksonville campuses.
